Making AI useful for local businesses

Red Rocks AI meets you in person to make AI work for you.

Our Solution

A flexible Playbook that is tailored to your unique business.

Every business is different. So is every engagement. I build around what your business actually cares about, not a template.

Listen to Understand

Phase 01

I sit with you, in person, to understand your business: your goals, your priorities, your metrics, and the culture your team works in. Every business is different, and the human element shapes how AI actually lands. Before recommending anything, I make sure I know what success looks like for you.

Opportunity Assessment

Phase 02

I sit down with your team to deeply understand your workflows, technology stack, compliance requirements, and data quality. From there, I identify the opportunities where AI can actually move the needle against the metrics that matter. Not every problem needs AI, and I'll flag the ones where a simpler business solution makes more sense. Each AI opportunity comes back with an ROI estimate and a feasibility and impact assessment, so you know exactly where to invest.

Implementation

Phase 03

Implementation looks different for every company, shaped by what came out of the Opportunity Assessment. Pacing, depth, and breadth all get tuned to what makes sense for your business. Engagements typically combine three pieces: Enablement (skilling your team to get the best out of AI tools), Custom Automation (building simple tools to solve tedious, repetitive, or time-consuming work), and Education & Compliance (setting the foundation for your for AI's effective, efficient, safe, and ethical way possible). Whatever the mix, I'm in person and next to your team while we build it together.

What Makes Us Different

Why choose Red Rocks AI?

Red Rocks AI

My Approach

Deskside Implementation
I show up in person, sit next to your team, and build it with them. Nearly impossible to find in AI consulting.
Tailored to Your Business
Mapped to your workflows, your industry, your team. No templates forced onto your company. Measured against the metrics you care most about.
Security - First
Compliance and data policies inform every recommendation, not bolted on as an afterthought.
Training in the Work
Skills built 1:1 inside real workflows, not death-by-PowerPoint classroom sessions. I meet each person where they are, which is what makes the learning stick.
One Lead Consultant, Start to Finish
One person who knows your business. I own your outcomes start to finish. No rotating teams, no junior associates handed off to. My small team supports only as needed.
Typical AI Consultants

The Usual

Remote Calls, Slide Decks
Strategy delivered over Zoom. You get the deck, you're on your own for execution.
One-Size-Fits-All Playbooks
Generic frameworks recycled from the last ten clients, regardless of industry fit.
Compliance as an Afterthought
Security and privacy questions get punted to your IT team after the pilot already broke something.
Rotating Teams
You meet the partner. You get the junior. Every meeting starts with re-explaining your business.

About

Dan Murphy

Lead Consultant

My mission is to help local businesses learn, implement, and benefit from AI.

AI is safer and more profitable for all of us when we learn to use it well: efficiently, effectively, and ethically. Small businesses have the most to gain from AI and the least access to the experts who can get them there. That's the gap I close.

I've spent 17 years across the US Navy, Healthcare, and Technology industries. I helped grow a startup from 100 employees to a $1.5B+ valuation as the Chief of Staff. I built the largest offering of Veterans' mental health services outside the VA, enabling 275,000+ therapy sessions.
